The fake dream

We’re all living for the dream, Emprisoned in our body and soul, Sacrificing what we have For the hope of survival. Our existance denied And shrunk to living carcasses, Deprived of thought, will and joy, We walk these grounds for lost promises and hope. The hope of long lost tranquility, So natural to our being. We’ve been self-robbed of all natural state, For a common dream that exists no more. The dream transformed into obsession and fear To live a life that once we had. Lensgrey 2 july 2012

Reflections

Grow, shrink, die Smaller than speckels of dust In the vastness of all. Feeling greater than universe itself Pretentious fools with no means and no end. Untrouthful minds deceiving our souls We walk this earth on a suicide path. Controlling beings of future and past Denying present as absent in all. Greedy and selfish pathetic things Feeling greater than the universe itself. Speckles of dust who think they know all. Lensgrey 2 july 2012
