DSC_0900Jag är varken en typisk sko eller väskmänniska i dagsläget. Jag köper det jag behöver så är det bra tills det jag har går sönder eller nåt. Det är ju inte så att jag växer ur dom liksom haha! Så nu är jag i behov av en väska som är lätt att bära men som även min dator får plats i med skyddet på så jag drog och köpte en helt enkelt. Har annars pendlat runt med en ryggsäck och separat väska till datorn och som om det inte räcker att det är klumpigt så är det både fult och gör det lättare för tallare. En billig väska från H&M, 399 SEK, behöver inte vara mer fancy än så för mig. Och så behöver jag ett par nya skor också för mina favoritskor börjar ge sig vilket inte är konstigt alls för jag har på mig dom jämt. Kollade på helt platta skor ett tag men jag har blivit sjukt klackskadad att jag blir galen att vara så nära marken… Så en liten platå blev det iallafall! Precis som väskan är dessa billiga, 399 SEK från Din Sko. Jag köper nästan alltid billiga kläder och accessoarer, ibland blir det undantag dock. Jag är faktiskt inte van av att spendera pengar. Bara för högst något år sedan fick jag hålla riktigt hårt i pengarna så jag köpte väldigt sällan kläder och diverse vilket resulterade att jag hade på mig samma saker hela tiden. Jag störde mig inte så mycket på det men det är ironiskt hur helt irrelevanta personer störde sig enormt på det och klagade så fort jag hade på mig något som jag syntes i mycket. Som tex en prickig klänning som jag fortfarande använder trots att jag har haft den i typ 5-6 år. Jag kommer inte slänga något jag gillar, är i bra skick och som jag fortfarande passar i. Kan jag har den klänningen i ytterligare 5-6 år om den går sönder osv så kommer jag ha kvar den. Spelar ingen roll hur gammalt eller nytt något är! Jag vet inte, folk som inte känner mig bara antar att jag alltid har haft massa pengar och kan köpa vad jag vill när jag vill som ingenting och blir arga när det aldrig har varit så. Inte mitt problem egentligen haha!
I am neither a typical bag or shoe person in the meantime. I buy what I need and that’s enough until what I have breaks or something. It’s not like I’ll outgrow them haha! So now I’m in need of a bag that’s easy to carry but also has room for my computer with the cover on so I simply went and got one. Before that I traveled around with a backpack and a separate bag for my computer and as if it being clumsy isn’t enough it’s aslo not very good looking and makes it easier for the pickpockets. A cheap bag from H&M, 399 SEK, doesn’t have to be more fancy than that for me. I also need a new pair of shoes too because my favorite shoes are starting to give in which is not surprising at all because I wear them all the time. I was looking at flat shoes for a while but I’m too damaged by the heels that I go mad when I’m so close to the ground… So I got a small platform at least! These were cheap just like the bag, 399 SEK from Din Sko. I almost always buy cheap clothes and accessories, there are some exceptions though. I’m actually not very used to spending. A year ago at most I had to hold onto my money very tightly so I bought clothes very rarely which resulted in me wearing the same things all the time. It didn’t bother me that much but it’s ironic how bothered totally irrelevant people were by it and complained as soon as I wore something I often wore. Like my dress with dots that I still use despite the fact that I’ve had it for 5-6 years. I’m not gonna throw away something I like that I fit into and is in good condition. I can have the dress for another 5-6 years if it doesn’t breaks etc. It doesn’t matter how old or new something is! Idk, people who dont know me assume I’ve always had a lot of money and can buy whatever I want whenever I want and gets mad when it never was like that. Not really my problem that they make my situation their problem!

Foto 2016-01-09 23 34 17Foto 2016-01-09 23 44 13Foto 2016-01-10 00 47 33Foto 2016-01-10 00 19 36Foto 2016-01-10 00 52 08So it’s not a secret that I am a dedicated runner, obviously because I flaunt it from time to time haha… I just can’t help myself, I simply love it and people sometimes don’t quite understand how someone can love it so much. Anyways, I get asked a lot about jogging and if I can give any tips for beginners and I’m gonna give it a shot! First off I just gotta say that I have no professional training, I’ve learned from the internet and here I am a few years later doing pretty good! So I’ll list the most obvious things that are good to think about.

Don’t run on an empty stomach. Although it’s possible it’s harder, especially if you aren’t a regular runner. If you’re a beginner it may even be close to unachievable. I never run while hungry, it takes out all the fun and hitting the runners high just won’t happen and for me that’s very important. And don’t forget to hydrate!

Find the right shoes. Running in the wrong shoes will give you hell like burning blisters or/and hurting feet and joints, while running in right shoes will reward you greatly. Keep in mind that the more expensive brands /models aren’t necessarily the best for your feet! Also, function is way more important than pretty!

Don’t forget the boob support! Don’t buy a cheap cotton one because it’s comfortable in the fitting room, dem bobbas deserves to be hugged tightly with love! Unfortunately good sports bras tend to be pretty pricy but if you’re lucky you can find a cheaper option. I actually got my current one from H&M and I kinda love it.

Don’t stress about appearance.
People say to me very often than they’re scared of what they might look like and what people might think. Running is not a fashion show, you know. You will sweat, get tomato red, your hair will get messy, etc. You won’t be your prettiest. Forget about your looks and focus on your running! I know I look like a hot mess but does that bother me? No! I used to be anxious about it but I stopped caring a long time ago. The pictures in this post do not show of how I look at all while I’m actually running haha, it’s jus for show.

Don’t wear makeup. Sweating with a full face of makeup can damage your skin. Speaking as a person with acne prone skin I know for a fact that sweating through foundation will make your skin break out (if you got sensitive skin). I even try to not wear moisturizer because my skin is such a pissbaby.

Listen to music you like and pumps you up. Music can make an amazing impact on your running! Personally, I never run without music unless my phone dies or my headphones stop working during the run and I have no choice. Use tracking apps. It’s not necessary but it can be very helpful to keep track on your progress. I’ve used RunKeeper since November 21 2012 – 5.42 PM. I know that because that’s the first tracked route with that app. What I like about it is that it frequently tells me how far I’ve run, how fast I’m currently running and my average pace per kilometer and that’s a bit of a motivation actually.

Don’t run the same track and the same pace every time. Basically variate the distance, pace and route every now and then. It helps you improve and you won’t get bored as easily. My routes variate from 5k to 20k from fast pace to a slow pace and sometimes intervalls. Variety is key!

Let your body rest. But can you run everyday? You could, but it depends on your current fitness. I wouldn’t recommend a beginner to run everyday. Not even I who is a regular and fit runner run everyday on a normal week. 3 – 4 days is more than enough for a beginner. Either way resting and sleeping is essential so you muscles have time to repair and strengthen.

Have realistic goals. As important it is to have goals it is also important to have realistic ones. No, you won’t be able to run 10k or have an average pace per kilometer on 4 minutes. I was nowhere near where I am today at the beginning. Start easy with 2-3 km and go from there. A quick google search can help you find programs for beginners.

Don’t compare yourself to other runners. There will always be someone faster and fitter than you. Be the best you can be improve in your own pace.

Don’t expect to always be at your best. Sometimes you just won’t be as good as you were at your best and that’s that. Your body is not some robot, it’s a living thing that has ups and downs.

Listen to your body! I cannot stress this enough. If your body is not fit for fight, it probably isn’t and do not force it. Pushing yourself when you’re just being lazy is a good thing, but pushing yourself when your body is telling you its hurting you gotta take a chill pill, bruh. So learn to recognize the signals!

Stretch beforehand and after running. I gotta be honest, I am so bad at this. I don’t even want to admit how often I skip stretching. So be the bigger person and keep that stretching going haha.

Warm up. Either do stuff like jumping jacks before you go running, walk in a brisk pace or run slowly the first 5 minutes so loosen up the muscles.

Foto 2016-01-08 01 07 31Satt och rensade kameran precis och kom över några selfies som är från nästan ett år sedan, ja, jag hamstrar bilder haha… Anyways, då hade jag svart hår och precis som VARJE gång jag bleker håret så saknar jag ihjäl mig på det mörka svallet efter ett tag. Det är som att jag inte vill acceptera att färger som är närmare min naturliga hårfärg faktiskt inte är ”mina” hårfärger. Så jag tänker att nu när jag ändå kommer ta ut mitt löshår så har jag guldläge att färga om håret, och jag tror att vi är rätt överens om att dark is the way to go – again. Däremot är jag rätt sugen på att byta frilla när jag ändå är i farten. Är så sugen på en lång bob cut, typ som Krysten Ritter. Dock går inte min tunna och skandinaviska hårkvalitet att jämföra med hennes fylligare svall så det är svårt för mig att föreställa mig hur jag skulle se ut så det är fortfarande en tanke. Kanske sätta i löshår igen, fast kortare? Men visst hade detta (bilden nedan) varit sjukt snyggt fast lite kortare, typ om håret slutar i samma höjd som hennes armbåge?
Sat and cleared my camera just now and came over a few selfies from almost a year ago, yes, I hoard pictures haha… Anyways, I had black hair then and just like everytime I bleach my hair I miss the dark hair to death after a while. It’s like I don’t want to accept that colors that are closer to my natural hair color actually aren’t ”my” hair colors. So I thought now when I’m gonna remove my extensions I have a great opportunity to dye my hair, and I think we’re on the same page that dark is the way to go – again. However, I’m pretty hyped on changing hair cut while I’m at it. I am so into a long bob cut, kina like Krysten Ritter. My thin and Scandinavian hair quality cannot be compared to her fuller hair so it’s hard for me to imagine what it would look like on me so it’s still a thought. Maybe get extensions again but shorter? But wouldn’t this (picture below) be so pretty but a little bit shorter, about the same height as her elbow?
