Squats mixes in the smith – vide and close/ long and short reps

LEG SESSION;

Hip raises 110 kg 10 reps x 5 sets
Hip raises slow reps to failure x 3 sets
Hack squats 150 kg 8-10 reps x 3 sets

On knee hip thrusts 60 kg to failure x 4 sets
Horizontal split squats in the smith to failure x 4 sets
Squats with hip resistance to failure x 4 sets
